Implementation Of Education For Female Assited Citizens In Perspective Policy: SLR Review
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan
Implementasi pendidikan bagi narapidana perempuan dalam suatu kebijakan
perspektif dalam lembaga pemasyarakatan melalui Sistematik
Sastra Review (SLR) pendekatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa kebijakan pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan
pemenuhan hak atas pendidikan serta sarana
rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan narapidana. Pendidikan di
penjara, baik formal, non-formal, maupun informal, telah terbukti
untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterampilan sosial, dan
Ketahanan mental narapidana perempuan. Namun, kebijakan
Implementasi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti terbatas
sumber daya manusia, fasilitas yang tidak memadai, dan kurangnya koordinasi
antara institusi. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi tema-tema kunci yang
sering dipelajari, keterbatasan penelitian sebelumnya, dan
kesempatan untuk pengembangan penelitian di masa depan. Dengan demikian, dengan
sinergi antara kebijakan yang tepat, program yang efektif
Implementasi, dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak adalah yang utama
faktor dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di pemasyarakatan
institusi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada
pengembangan studi pendidikan pemasyarakatan dan
Perumusan kebijakan yang lebih optimal di masa depan
