Manajemen Pendidikan Inklusif (Konsep, Kebijakan, dan Implementasinya)

Abstract


Pendidikan inklusif merupakan filosofi sekaligus strategi inovatif dalam memperluas akses dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan bagi semua tanpa diskriminasi, sehingga banyak mendapat sambutan dan apresiasi dari masyarakat luas. Dalam tataran
operasional, sekalipun implementasinya semakin meluas, namun masih banyak dihadapkan kepada berbgai isu dan kendala, bahkan kesalahan praktek. Konsekuensinya, dalam perjalanan menuju pendidikan inklusi (toward inclusive education), pendidikan inklusif harus dikelola dengan baik, sehingga kebijakan dan implementasinya sesuai dengan konsep-konsep yang mendasarinya.
