ANALISIS INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR GURU SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 7 GONDANGLEGI KABUPATEN MALANG MELALUI ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL

Abstract


Memasuki dunia kompetitif seperti saat ini, guru dituntut agar selalu menciptakan inovasi baru yang mana akan muncul pada lingkungan organisasi yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  guru SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang melalui asumsi organizational justice dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui online kuesioner. Dari seluruh populasi guru yang ada, diambil sampel dengan teknik proportional random sampling, sehingga mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Uji regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam teknik analisis data melalui software SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara organizational justice dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap  guru. Sehingga penelitian yang dilakukan pada masa pandemi ini dianggap memiliki kebermanfaatan untuk menentukan sejauh mana penerapan variabel organizational justice dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional untuk mempengaruhi variabel innovative work behavior guru.
