Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Magang Mahasiswa Vokasional Dengan Pendekatan Model Servqual Analyis

Abstract


Program magang merupakan bagian salah satu tugas  yang harus diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada satu Pendidikan Vokasional. Faktor yang cukup menentukan dalam suatu program magang adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar proses magang mahasiswa berjalan dengan sempurna . Kualitas pelayanan kepada mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor yang cukup penting pada suatu jasa.  Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang sangat penting adalah pelayanan dalam hal magang para mahasiswa. Sementara keberhasilan magang para mahasiswa antara lain ditentukan oleh pelayanan yang diberikan pihak kampus dari awal persiapan magang  hingga selesai magang. 

Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menganalisis kualitas kepuasan pelayanan magang kepada para mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Indonesia.  Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif  dengan bantuan alat analisis Servqual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey secara online  terhadap sejumlah  alumni Program Vokasi  dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.  Sampel yang diambil  berasal para alumni  progam Vokasi yang pernah magang  Lembaga dan instansi di luar Universitas yang berjumlah 50 orang alumni dengan pendekatan convenience sampling.
