Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Kepala Sekolah dalam Implementasi Edupreneurship

Abstract


This research aims to investigate how the entrepreneurial competence of school principals contributes to the implementation of edupreneurship in SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data presented in this study are the results of interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method to interpret and explain the research object based on field observations. One of the important qualities for a school principal to become the highest leader of the school is the capacity to think innovatively and have an entrepreneurial mindset. The principal of SMK Bina Warga Bandung implements his entrepreneurial competence in the implementation of edupreneurship in the school through various programs carried out with internal and external school support, and there are obstacles in its implementation.
