Budaya Organisasi sebagai Faktor Pendukung Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on the quality of human resources. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Prathita Titiannusantara who were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A strong organizational culture creates a conducive work environment. Simultaneously, organizational culture plays a role in creating employee engagement, which contributes directly to improving individual and organizational performance as a whole. The implication of this study is that companies need to pay more attention to aspects of organizational culture in order to improve the quality of human resources. By implementing appropriate strategic policies based on human resources, it is hoped that companies can increase their productivity and competitiveness in the industry.
