KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU

Abstract


The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The method used is survey explanatory. Data collection techniques used rating scale ranges from 1 to 5. The respondents are from one of SMK in Bandung Barat district. Data were analyzed using path analysis method. This research showed that compensation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment. Referring to these results, the compensation and organizational commitment can be a reference for improving teacher performance.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah rating scale dengan rentang skala dari 1 sampai 5. Responden penelitian ini berasal dari salah satu SMK di kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasional. Merujuk pada hasil tersebut, maka kompensasi dan komitmen organisasional dapat menjadi acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru.
