LEARNING THE QUR’AN USING THE UMMI METHOD AMONG MOTHERS AT THE ABDI QUR’AN NUSANTARA FOUNDATION, NAMORAMBE DISTRICT

Abstract


In the process of learning to read the Qur'an, a method is needed. The learning method of reading the Qur'an in Indonesia has developed and is very diverse. And one of these methods is the UMMI method. The Ummi method is an effective method of learning the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to find out the planning of Al-Qur'an Learning with the Ummi method, to find out the implementation of Al-Qur'an Learning with the Ummi method, to find out the Evaluation in learning the Qur'an with the Ummi method in mothers at the Abdi Qur'an Nusantara Foundation, Namorambe District. Types of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study show that the planning of learning the Qur'an for mothers uses the Ummi method, first making a learning goal flow (ATP) of the Ummi method, making a learning schedule. The implementation of Qur'an learning for mothers using the Ummi method is carried out through 7 stages of learning. The evaluation obtained was that the ability to read the Qur'an of mothers while using the Ummi method had improved well. Thus, this research can make a significant contribution to improving the quality of Quranic education and helping to create a better generation with a deeper understanding of the Quran.
