Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi Digital, dan Insentif Finansial terhadap Kinerja Freelancer Digital

Abstract


Perkembangan ekonomi digital mendorong meningkatnya jumlah freelancer digital yang bekerja melalui platform online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi digital, dan insentif finansial terhadap kinerja freelancer digital di Solo Raya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert kepada freelancer digital aktif di Solo Raya. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 156 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria freelancer aktif dengan pengalaman kerja minimal satu tahun. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM melalui pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi digital, dan insentif finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja freelancer digital. Insentif finansial menjadi variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja freelancer digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dorongan kerja, kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, serta sistem imbalan yang sesuai mampu meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan, ketepatan waktu, dan kepuasan klien pada freelancer digital di Solo Raya.
