PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL JOB EMBEDDEDNESS SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI PADA KARYAWAN DI PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA ANAI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Work Engagement (WE) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dengan Organizational Job embeddedness (OJE) sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Anai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 187 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 130 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik probability sampling dengan metode random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour dan Organizational Job embeddedness. Work Engagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour serta Organizational Job embeddedness. Selain itu, Organizational Job embeddedness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa Organizational Job embeddedness mampu memediasi pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan Work Engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan serta keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dapat mendorong perilaku sukarela karyawan yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi melalui peningkatan keterikatan karyawan terhadap organisasi.
