Pengaruh Occupational Stress Berbasis Platform Terhadap Subjective Well-Being Gig Workers Di Sektor Logistik Digital: Pengujian Peran Mindfulness Sebagai Personal Resource

Abstract


Perkembangan pekerjaan berbasis platform digital meningkatkan tekanan kerja yang berpotensi memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis gig workers. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Occupational Stress Berbasis Platform terhadap Subjective Well-Being serta mengevaluasi Mindfulness sebagai personal resource. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 151 gig workers sektor logistik digital di Indonesia yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Occupational Stress Berbasis Platform tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Subjective Well-Being, sedangkan Mindfulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, Mindfulness tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Occupational Stress Berbasis Platform dan Subjective Well-Being. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Mindfulness lebih berperan sebagai personal resource yang meningkatkan Subjective Well-Being secara langsung serta memperluas penerapan Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Theory pada konteks pekerjaan berbasis platform.
