Optimalisasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Pembuatan Google Apps Script untuk Efisiensi Pengolahan Data Multi-Sheet Karyawan Operasional

Abstract


This community service paper analyzes the optimization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) OCR and Google Apps Script to enhance data processing efficiency for operational staff managing TikTok Affiliate commission mutations. Administrative employees frequently encounter bottlenecks when manually re-entering sales data from screenshot dashboards into spreadsheets, leading to human errors and prolonged processing times. Through a hands-on mentoring approach during an internship, a hybrid workflow was implemented: utilizing Google Apps Script for automated annual workspace generation, AI Vision OCR for extracting table data from TikTok Affiliate screenshots, and dynamic SUMIFS logic for multi-sheet monthly distribution. The evaluation demonstrates that this digital intervention successfully reduced total processing duration from 110 minutes to less than 11 minutes, achieving an overall operational efficiency boost of approximately 90% while improving staff digital independence. Abstrak: Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis OCR dan Google Apps Script dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data mutasi komisi harian bagi karyawan operasional. Banyak staf administrasi menghadapi kendala saat harus menginput data penjualan dari tangkapan layar (screenshot) TikTok Affiliate Center ke dalam spreadsheet secara manual, sehingga memicu pemborosan waktu kerja dan tinggi risiko kesalahan ketik (human error). Melalui pendekatan pendampingan praktis selama program magang, diterapkan alur kerja harian terintegrasi: penggunaan Google Apps Script untuk otomatisasi struktur laporan tahunan, AI Vision OCR untuk ekstraksi data gambar, serta rumus dinamis SUMIFS untuk pemilahan mutasi ke halaman bulanan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi digital ini sukses memotong total durasi pemrosesan data operasional dari 110 menit menjadi kurang dari 11 menit, mencapai efisiensi waktu hingga ~90% sekaligus mendongkrak kemandirian teknologi para karyawan.
