PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT TELKOM AKSES DIVISI KONSTRUKSI JABAR TENGAH

Abstract


Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Telkom Akses Regional Jawa Barat. Adapun variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel disiplin kerja yang terdiri dari indikator kehadiran, kewaspadaan, ketaan pada standar kerja, ketaatan ada peraturan kerja, dan etika bekerja. Sedangkan variabel kinerja pegawai terdiri dari kuantitas, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 33 responden pegawai PT Telkom Akses Divisi Konstruksi Jabar Tengah, serta melakukan studi kepustakaan. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan untuk meningkatkan kehadiran pegawai, hal itu membutuhkan peningkatan kesadaran pegawai, lalu menganalisa daftar kehadiran dan memberikan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran. Meningkatkan ketaatan karyawan pada standar kerja dengan proses sosialiasi, melibatkan atasan untuk mengawasi dan membina lalu menggunakan media yang tepat untuk menularkan ketaatan. Untuk kualitas kerja, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, membuat kebijakan yang tepat agar karyawan memiliki komitmen bekerja, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil kerja. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu, perusahaan dapat memberikan reward dan punishment agar memicu keinginan karyawan untuk mendapatkan kompensasi tambahan dan memicu ketidak inginan karyawan untuk mendapatkan sanksi jika melakukan keterlambatan kerja.
