Determinants of QRIS Adoption Among Generation Z Consumers: The Role of Financial Literacy and Behavioral Control

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan perilaku penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada konsumen Generasi Z di ritel modern Super Indo Jakarta, dengan menguji pengaruh Financial Literacy (FL), Subjective Norms (SN), dan Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) terhadap QRIS Usage Behavior (QUB), serta peran mediasi Intention to Use (I) dalam kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survei daring kepada 270 responden pengguna QRIS di Super Indo wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan rentang usia 17–28 tahun, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1.1.6, mencakup evaluasi outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis (direct effect dan specific indirect effect). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention (β=0,374; p<0,001) dan Usage Behavior (β=0,270; p<0,001). Subjective Norms tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intention (p=0,051) maupun Usage Behavior (p=0,194), mengindikasikan keputusan penggunaan QRIS pada Gen Z lebih bersifat otonom daripada dipengaruhi tekanan sosial. PBC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intention (β=0,275; p=0,001) namun tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap Usage Behavior (p=0,088), tetapi berpengaruh melalui mediasi Intention (β_indirect=0,102; p=0,011). Selain itu, Intention terbukti menjadi prediktor kuat perilaku penggunaan QRIS (β=0,371; p<0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan edukasi literasi keuangan dan kesiapan infrastruktur transaksi ritel untuk mendorong adopsi pembayaran digital yang konsisten pada Generasi Z.
