ANALISIS PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PADA PT RADJA POULTRY SHOP

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh work-life balance terhadap subjective well-being, (2) pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap subjective well-being, serta (4) pengaruh work-life balance terhadap subjective well-being dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Radja Poultry Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survey cross-sectional, berlandaskan spillover theory yang menekankan bahwa pengalaman pada satu domain kehidupan dapat meluas ke domain lainnya. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert (1–5) kepada karyawan PT Radja Poultry Shop dengan jumlah sampel 99 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being, serta work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap subjective well-being. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap subjective well-being karena pengaruh tidak langsung tidak signifikan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan subjective well-being karyawan lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh work-life balance dibandingkan melalui kepuasan kerja.
