Analisis Pengaruh Teknologi Digital dan Fleksibilitas Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Generasi Z Di Solo Raya Dengan Employee Engagement Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh teknologi digital dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja Generasi Z, serta menguji peran employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Untuk penelitian kuantitatif ini, Saya menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner skala Likert terhadap 100 responden dari Generasi Z yang bekerja aktif dengan teknologi digital dan fleksibilitas kerja. Mereka dipilih melalui sampling non-probability dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Evaluasi luar model meliputi validitas konvergen, diskriminasi, reliabilitas komposit, multikolineritas, dan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (H1 ditolak) dan employee engagement (meskipun positif terhadap keterlibatan, H3 diterima), fleksibilitas karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja (H2 diterima) namun tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement (H4 ditolak), employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja (H5 diterima), dan memediasi secara signifikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement adalah mediator penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja Generasi Z. Ini akan berdampak pada organisasi di Solo Raya yang dapat mengoptimalkan fleksibilitas dan employee engagement untuk mendukung produktivitas di era digital.
