Pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Facilitating Conditions, dan Social Influence terhadap Niat Penggunaan Layanan PayLater dengan Trust sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Facilitating Conditions, dan Social Influence terhadap niat penggunaan (Behavioral Intention) layanan PayLater di Indonesia dengan Trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research dengan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada 252 responden yang pernah menggunakan PayLater dan berusia di atas 18 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive, sedangkan pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pengguna maupun terhadap niat penggunaan layanan PayLater. Sebaliknya, Facilitating Conditions dan Social Influence terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan serta secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi niat penggunaan melalui peran mediasi kepercayaan. Selain itu, Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan layanan PayLater sehingga menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam membentuk niat perilaku pengguna.
