Pengaruh Employee Engagement Dan Career Development Terhadap Employee Retention Pada Karyawan Generasi Z Di Sektor Perbankan Kota Padang Dengan Work-Life Balance Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan career development terhadap employee retention dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan Generasi Z di sektor perbankan Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 107 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan career development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee retention. Namun, work-life balance tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja dan pengembangan karier merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan retensi karyawan Generasi Z, sementara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja belum menjadi faktor penguat dalam konteks penelitian ini.
