Pengaruh Self-Efficacy Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dimediasi Oleh Employee Engagement di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Solok

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour serta menguji peran employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Solok. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 85 responden ASN dan PPPK melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) self-efficacyberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, (2) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, (3) employee engagement berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan (4) pengaruh tidak langsung self-efficacy terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour melalui employee engagement terbukti tidak berpengaruh. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa employee engagement tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara self-efficacy dan organizational citizenship behaviour.
