IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KERJA PENGAWAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH

Abstract


The main aim of this is to describe the model of supervisor program evaluation reports in improving the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data sources in this study were supervisors, principals, teachers, and committees. The results of this study indicate that (1) The model and evaluation design of supervisors work program in effort to improve the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers presented by CIPP model (2) yearly planning are carried out by the supervisors. The annual program made collectively by all supervisors of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah. (3)   the work program begin by examining the learning program owned by the teacher. Furthermore, the supervisor gives a schedule when he will carry out observations or class visits to observe the teacher's performance in the classroom. (4) preparation of the report focuses on evaluating the results of the implementation of teacher coaching, student coaching, evaluating the results of teacher performance appraisals, evaluating the results of student performance evaluations and evaluating the results of supervision in schools. Recommendations supervisors conduct a one-year program design, socialize teacher performance observation visits, and write evaluation reports about the results of supervision.
