STUDI EVALUATIF IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN DARING SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of the implementation of online learning due to Covid-19. The object of the research is teachers in elementary schools. Evaluation was carried out using a survey method by asking teachers' evaluations of the implementation of online learning. The evaluation results show that online learning has an impact on increasing teacher skills and knowledge, mastery of technology, independence, creativity, self-reliance, increasing student knowledge and skills, learning processes and resource readiness such as teacher facilities, readiness. Meanwhile, online learning does not have a significant influence on learning completeness, effective interaction, character improvement, motivation and assessment accuracy. In conclusion, online learning has an impact on academic improvement, but the impact is smaller on non-academics such as increasing character formation.
