Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi sebagai Ekomuseum: Merangkai Konservasi dan Sejarah dalam Model Pembelajaran Komunitas Adat
Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze in depth the concept of ekomuseum as an innovative pedagogical framework in contextual history learning through a case study on Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi which has a strong philosophy of environmental conservation and local wisdom. The main problem of this research is how conservation and historical practices internalized in daily life in indigenous communities can be transformed into relevant and meaningful learning models, beyond the boundaries of conventional classrooms. Using a literature review method with in-depth analysis of the Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi case study, this research identifies key elements in Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi's social structure, rituals and natural resource management that align with ekomuseum principles. Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi with its environment functions as a living museum offering an authentic and multidimensional historical narrative where cultural and natural heritage are not separated, but integrated holistically. The finding of this research is the formulation of an ekomuseum-based contextual history learning model. This model emphasizes ecopedagogy, integrating the understanding of local history, ecology, and conservation ethics into the history curriculum. The implementation of this model transforms the function of museums from passive exhibition venues to active centers of community, dialogue and conservation. In particular, this research contributes by providing a theoretical and practical framework for integrating ecopedagogy in the history curriculum, demonstrating that history learning is most effective when it is closely tied to environmental and real-life contexts empowering learners to become agents of conservation of their environment, culture and history.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan menganalisis secara mendalam konsep ekomuseum sebagai kerangka pedagogis inovatif dalam pembelajaran sejarah kontekstual melalui studi kasus pada Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi yang memiliki filosofi konservasi lingkungan dan kearifan lokal yang kuat. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana praktik konservasi dan sejarah yang terinternalisasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dalam komunitas adat dapat ditransformasikan menjadi model pembelajaran yang relevan dan bermakna, melampaui batas-batas ruang kelas konvensional. Menggunakan metode literature review dengan analisis mendalam terhadap studi kasus Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci dalam struktur sosial, ritual, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi yang selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip ekomuseum. Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi dengan lingkungannya berfungsi sebagai museum hidup, menawarkan narasi sejarah yang autentik dan multidimensi yaitu ketika warisan budaya dan alam tidak dipisahkan, melainkan terintegrasi secara holistik. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah perumusan model pembelajaran sejarah kontekstual berbasis ekomuseum. Model ini menekankan ekopedagogi, mengintegrasikan pemahaman sejarah lokal, ekologi, dan etika konservasi ke dalam kurikulum sejarah. Implementasi model ini mentransformasi fungsi museum dari sekadar tempat pameran pasif menjadi pusat komunitas, dialog, dan konservasi aktif. Secara khusus penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menyediakan kerangka teoretis dan praktis untuk mengintegrasikan ekopedagogi dalam kurikulum sejarah, menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah paling efektif ketika terikat erat dengan konteks lingkungan dan kehidupan nyata memberdayakan pelajar untuk menjadi agen konservasi lingkungan, budaya, dan sejarahnya.
