Pengembangan Model Pelatihan Terintegrasi untuk Mengatasi Mismatch Guru Vokasi

Abstract


Guru mismatch (GMs) dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia merupakan tantangan yang serius. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model pelatihan terintegrasi yang dapat mempersiapkan guru vokasi dengan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan profesi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D), melalui empat tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan, dan validasi model. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap guru SMK, dosen, dan praktisi. Model ini melibatkan enam pelatihan dalam satu kesatuan, meliputi workshop bidang keahlian, magang industri, sertifikasi kompetensi keahlian, workshop bidang kependidikan, microteaching, dan guru model. Secara konseptual model ini telah tervalidasi, namun masih memerlukan validasi secara empirik untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaannya.
