Abstract
This research aims to develop a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, with a focus on Clause 4 "Organizational Context," within the Human Resources (HR) Department at the Indonesian School of Design (STDI) Bandung. The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 as the foundation for the QMS is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement within educational institutions. The Design & Development research methodology, involving analysis, design, development, and validation stages, was employed. The outcome is a document detailing Clause 4 "Organizational Context" in the HR field at STDI Bandung, aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Evaluation indicates that the document is "Highly Aligned with the Provisions of ISO 9001:2015." This document underwent verification by ISO 9001:2015 experts and quality management practitioners, deeming it suitable for implementation in the HR QMS. The research is expected to provide a valuable guide for QMS development, applicable not only to HR but also to various fields within organizational and educational settings.
