Abstract

E-learning has emerged as a modern and widely adopted method of education that utilizes electronic systems for educational programs. Its popularity stems from its affordability, flexibility, and ability to transcend geographical boundaries. However, challenges exist in implementing e- learning through mobile technologies due to inadequate infrastructure and support.
