Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Digital PROINT sebagai Human Resource Information System (HRIS) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Matahari Department Store Solo

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan aplikasi digital PROINT sebagai Human Resource Information System (HRIS) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Matahari Department Store Solo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 karyawan pengguna aplikasi PROINT dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari pemanfaatan aplikasi digital sebagai variabel independen, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert 1–5. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS melalui evaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi digital PROINT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta mampu memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan aplikasi digital PROINT terhadap kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.
