Peran Digitalisasi, Inovasi Produk, Literasi Keuangan, dan Government Support dalam Memperkuat Kinerja UMKM di Tengah Persaingan Digital

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digitalisasi, inovasi produk, literasi keuangan, dan government support terhadap kinerja UMKM di tengah persaingan digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal pada pelaku UMKM di wilayah Soloraya yang meliputi Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Boyolali, Klaten, Karanganyar, Sragen, dan Wonogiri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 143 pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan teknologi digital dalam kegiatan usahanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS berbasis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi, inovasi produk, literasi keuangan, dan government support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pengembangan inovasi produk, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, serta dukungan pemerintah mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM di era ekonomi digital.
