Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Medis RSUD Pandan Aran Boyolali dengan Burnout sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja tenaga medis RSUD Pandan Aran Boyolali dengan burnout sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada tenaga medis yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan sampel yang representatif. Variabel penelitian meliputi beban kerja dan work-life balance sebagai variabel independen, burnout sebagai variabel mediasi, serta kinerja tenaga medis sebagai variabel dependen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout serta berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan work-life balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap burnout dan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, burnout terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan mampu memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja tenaga medis.
