Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Niat Menggunakan Islamic Mobile Banking pada Generasi Muda dengan Pendekatan UTAUT
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, facilitating condition, system quality, dan technology self-efficacy terhadap niat menggunakan Islamic mobile banking pada Generasi Z di Eks-Keresidenan Surakarta berdasarkan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory (causal comparative). Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 112 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, system quality, dan technology self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan Islamic mobile banking, sedangkan facilitating condition tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, kualitas sistem, dan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan menggunakan teknologi merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong niat Generasi Z dalam mengadopsi Islamic mobile banking. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perbankan syariah dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital sesuai kebutuhan generasi muda.
