PENGARUH JOB STRESS TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI MEDIASI PADA PT. KOYAMA INDONESIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja dan pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui Keterikatan Kerja. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kausatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel berupa cluster proposional random sampling sehingga populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Koyama Indonesia dengan populasi penelitian 129 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat hubungan langsung, positif dan signifikan antara Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) terdapat hubungan langsung, positif dan signifikan antara Stres Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, (3) terdapat hubungan langsung, positif dan signifikan antara Keterikatan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (4) Stres Kerja mempunyai pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui Keterikatan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.
