Peran Perceived organizational support dan Work life balance dalam menetukan Intention to stay pada PT.Murni Karya Mandiri

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived organizational support terhadap Intention to stay serta menguji peran work life balance sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT.Murni Karya Mandiri. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, data dikumpulkan dari 54 responden karyawan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perceived organizational support secara positif dan signifikan dapat mempengaruhi Intention to stay (2) Perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work life balance (3) work life balance berdampak postifi dan signifikan terhadap intention ti stay (4) Work life balance tidak signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh Perceived organizational support terhadap Intention to stay. Studi ini didukung oleh Social Exchange Theory yang menjelaskan adanya pertukaran yang diatur dalam hubungan timbal-balik, Perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap karyawannya sehingga karyawan akan membalasnya dengan kinerja yang baik serta meningkatkan niat untuk bertahan diperusahaan.
