Analisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Work-Life Balance, dan Work-Related Depression Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kesehatan Mental Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract


Riset ini menelaah pengaruh beban kerja, work–life balance, dan depresi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kesehatan mental. Data primer dikumpulkan dari 125 karyawan manajerial perusahaan manufaktur di Soloraya dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil menunjukkan beban kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja namun berdampak pada kesehatan mental; work–life balance mendukung kinerja sekaligus stabilitas mental; sedangkan depresi kerja menunjukkan efek paradoksal meningkatkan performa tanpa pengaruh berarti pada kesehatan mental. Kesehatan mental mendukung kinerja, namun tidak memediasi variabel lain. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kesejahteraan psikologis dalam kinerja karyawan dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam distribusi beban kerja, harmonisasi peran profesional-personal, serta sistem dukungan psikologis. Penelitian terbatas pada data cross-sectional di satu sektor, sehingga generalisasi masih terbatas.
