Hubungan Human Capital dan Employee Productivity: Peran Leader-Member Exchange Dan Employee Creativity Sebagai Mediasi Dalam Lingkungan Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Solo Raya

Abstract


Studi ini mengeksplorasi korelasi antara human capital (HC) dan employee productivity, dengan Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) serta employee creativity berperan sebagai mediator, pada konteks industri manufaktur di Solo Raya. Mengadopsi positivistic quantitative lens, data primer dihimpun melalui kuesioner tertutup Likert scale 5-point. Sampel ditetapkan minimal 150 partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis dijalankan via PLS-SEM dengan dukungan SmartPLS 3.0, mencakup evaluasi outer model (validitas & reliabilitas konstruk) serta inner model melalui R² coefficient. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan penelusuran mekanisme mediasi HC terhadap produktivitas melalui LMX dan kreativitas karyawan, predictive relevance, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik bootstrapping. Temuan penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengonstruksi bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh human capital terhadap employee productivity, baik secara langsung maupun mediated melalui peningkatan leader–member exchange quality dan ekspresi kreativitas karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan data persepsi responden dan ruang lingkup penelitian yang terbatas pada sektor manufaktur di Solo Raya, sehingga generalisasi hasil perlu dilakukan secara hati-hati.
