The Effect of Mobile Usefulness and Mobile Ease of Use on Generation Z’s Behavioral Intention to Use GrabBike

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi behavioural intention Generasi Z dalam menggunakan pembayaran QRIS pada layanan GrabBike di wilayah Jabodetabek, dengan menguji pengaruh Perceived Transaction Convenience (PTC) terhadap Mobile Usefulness (MU), Perceived Transaction Speed (PTS) terhadap Mobile Ease of Use (MEOU), serta pengaruh MU, MEOU, Optimism (O), dan Personal Innovativeness (PI) terhadap Behavioural Intention (BI), termasuk peran mediasi MU dan MEOU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei daring kepada 199 responden Generasi Z (21–25 tahun) berdomisili Jabodetabek yang pernah menggunakan QRIS pada transaksi GrabBike dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4.1.1.6. Hasil menunjukkan PTC berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap MU (β=0,584; p<0,001) dan PTS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap MEOU (β=0,610; p<0,001). MU (β=0,299; p<0,001) dan MEOU (β=0,160; p=0,031) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap BI, demikian pula O (β=0,153; p=0,019) dan PI (β=0,215; p=0,006). Uji mediasi menunjukkan MU memediasi pengaruh PTC terhadap BI (β_indirect=0,174; p<0,001) dan MEOU memediasi pengaruh PTS terhadap BI (β_indirect=0,098; p=0,035). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kenyamanan dan kecepatan transaksi yang didukung persepsi kegunaan serta kemudahan penggunaan untuk mendorong niat penggunaan QRIS pada layanan transportasi daring.
