Pengaruh Implementasi Green HRM Terhadap Keberlanjutan Organisasi Dengan Kebermaknaan Pekerjaan, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, dan Kinerja Pekerjaan Hijau Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Abstract
Keberlanjutan organisasi menjadi tantangan strategis global, termasuk bagi perguruan tinggi yang berperan dalam mendorong praktik ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi pada institusi pendidikan tinggi di Jawa Tengah, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi kebermaknaan pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan kinerja pekerjaan hijau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di berbagai perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta. Sampel berjumlah 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Green HRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi, serta terhadap kebermaknaan pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pekerjaan hijau. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara Green HRM dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi prinsip lingkungan dalam praktik SDM mampu meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja karyawan, sehingga mendukung tercapainya keberlanjutan organisasi secara berkelanjutan.
