Post-Publication Discussion

Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan (JPP) welcomes scholarly discussion of its published articles, as part of keeping the research record open and accurate.

Submitting a comment

Readers may send comments, questions, or critiques of a published article by e-mail to [email protected]. A comment should name the article (title, volume, issue, and DOI), focus on its scholarly content, and be supported by evidence or references. Comments that are personal, offensive, or unrelated to the article are not considered.

Handling of comments

  • The editor reviews each comment and, where it raises a substantive issue, forwards it to the authors and invites them to reply.
  • At the editor's discretion, a substantive comment and the authors' reply may be published together in a later issue.
  • If a comment shows an error in the article, the journal follows its Correction and Retraction policy.
  • If a comment raises a possible ethical problem, it is handled under the Allegation of Research Misconduct policy.
