Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja: Studi pada Karyawan Hotel Bintang Empat ke Bawah di Tangerang Selatan

Abstract


Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak signifikan pada industri perhotelan, khususnya hotel bintang empat ke bawah di Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kerjasama tim, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan dalam lingkungan hotel dengan sumber daya terbatas. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 200 karyawan hotel melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh langsung yang lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan (β = 0,219, p = 0,010), namun kerjasama tim sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja (β = 0,669, p < 0,001). Motivasi kerja kemudian secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (β = 0,732, p < 0,001). Yang terpenting, motivasi kerja berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara kerjasama tim dan kinerja karyawan (efek tidak langsung = 0,490, p = 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam lingkungan dengan sumber daya terbatas, kerjasama tim meningkatkan kinerja terutama melalui dampak positifnya terhadap motivasi karyawan. Manajer hotel harus fokus pada inisiatif team building dan strategi peningkatan motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada teori perilaku organisasi dengan menunjukkan bagaimana faktor kontekstual memodifikasi hubungan tradisional antara kerjasama tim dan kinerja dalam sektor perhotelan.
