Analisis Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Dukungan Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Learning Agility di Sekolah Dasar Daerah Perbatasan

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) pada daerah perbatasan, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya akses teknologi, serta lemahnya sistem kepemimpinan di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam konteks tersebut, strategi kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi sangat penting untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru. Learning Agility, yaitu kemampuan individu untuk belajar dan beradaptasi secara cepat, diharapkan dapat menjadi mediator yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan teknologi terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh strategi kepemimpinan transformasional dan dukungan teknologi terhadap kinerja guru, dengan Learning Agility sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoretis dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian: yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 guru, karena jumlah populasi sedikit sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstandar dan dianalisis menggunakan model SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap learning agility. Dukungan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap learning agility. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Dukungan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Learning agility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui learning agillity. Dukungan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui learning agillity.
