Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Dan Kolaboratif Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan The Effectiveness of Teaching Factory Learning Model in Enhancing Critical Thinking and Collaborative Skills of Vocational High School Students

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TEFA) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif siswa SMK pada program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Audio Video di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain quasi-experimental tipe nonequivalent control group design yang melibatkan 66 siswa: 33 kelompok eksperimen dan 33 kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian mencakup tes kognitif, angket self-assessment, dan lembar observasi yang telah divalidasi dengan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha berkisar 0,87–0,97. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, N-Gain, Independent Samples T-Test, dan Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) TEFA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan nilai t = 3,502, signifikansi 0,001, dan N-Gain kelompok eksperimen 64,90% dibandingkan kelompok kontrol 42,00%; (2) TEFA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan kolaboratif dengan U = 307,500, signifikansi 0,002, dan N-Gain kelompok eksperimen 69,90% dibandingkan kelompok kontrol 43,70%; dan (3) tingkat keterlaksanaan model TEFA mencapai 91,37% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa atmosfer kerja industri dalam TEFA secara efektif menstimulasi pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa SMK.
