Fine motor development is an essential aspect of early childhood that requires appropriate learning stimulation. This study aimed to describe the implementation of origami paper-folding activities in developing the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at RA Asaasuttarbiyah Mande and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting their implementation. This qualitative descriptive study involved one teacher and 17 Group A children. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that origami paper-folding activities were implemented systematically and improved children's eye-hand coordination, manipulative movements, artistic skills, and hand movement control from the pre-observation stage to Observation III. The implementation was supported by appropriate learning media, teacher guidance, and children's active participation, whereas differences in initial abilities and concentration became the main challenges. This study demonstrates that origami paper-folding activities can serve as an effective learning strategy for promoting fine motor development in early childhood.
