Linus Kambeyo

Dr. Linus Kambeyo is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Namibia. He was born in northern Namibia and has dedicated his career to education, having served as a primary and secondary school teacher before joining higher education in 2014. In 2015, he was awarded the prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship to pursue doctoral studies at the University of Szeged, Hungary, where he completed his PhD in Educational Sciences in 2018. His research interests lie in teacher education, teaching practicum, science education (biology, physics and chemistry education), scientific reasoning, inquiry-based learning, and motivation in science education. He also explores the role of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning science, with a current focus on co-creation of knowledge within classroom contexts.
